Customer Request Portal
GoProject includes a customer request portal for submitting requests and managing their resolution.
Customer requests can be linked to internal tasks and handled according to the team’s workflows. This helps teams keep track of customer needs and the work required to address them.
Document Management and Approvals
GoProject allows teams to connect documents with their day-to-day work. Documents can be edited collaboratively and submitted for approval, while links to tasks preserve the relevant context.

One Annual Licence, All GoProject Modules Included
GoProject includes all its modules in the selected annual licence package. There is no need to purchase separate GoProject module licences to access these capabilities.
Teams can use the functionality required for each project without buying a separate licence for each functional area.
Using the AI assistant may incur additional costs for the selected AI model or the infrastructure needed to run it.
Data Control and Deployment Options
GoProject can be deployed on an organisation’s own servers or in a chosen data centre. This allows organisations to select a deployment option suited to their requirements and technical environment.
